Here in Missoula they offered for the first time this year something called Huddles and Heels.  it was a very fun evening and my friend Beth and I had a great time.  A news reporter interviewed us as well as many others.  I just thought a quick comment or two from us.  this morning I got on line and this is what i read. ....  (accusations of sipping chardonnay are false) I do believe Beth and I were the only sober ones there!  You can check out the complete story if you want to at http://missoulian.com/articles/2008/05/25/territory/ter64.txt

Sports fanatic doesn't quite describe Sara Roberts' husband.

"He's nearly an addict," the 25-year-old said.

Last year, the couple not only attended nearly every Grizzly home football game, but also Roberts' husband, a University of Montana pharmacy student, drew up polls and spreadsheets to follow his favorite teams and strategized how to watch four football games at once.

Watching sports together can be frustrating at times, she said. Roberts asks a lot of questions, but getting an answer never goes well unless it's during a commercial break or at a timeout.

That's why Roberts and friend Beth Simmons, 26, found themselves in the Max and Betty Swanson Grizzly Sky Club at the Adams Center last Wednesday evening, sipping chardonnay while dressed in their maroon and silver.

"I have three football seasons to make it through," Roberts said. "I want to impress the guys."

This is a picture of the crazy blind refs that showed up.  They were pretty funny ladies...very creative. .  . not so sober

Look Who's Official

Now if I only had a job to go with it...
It says INTERN PHARMACIST

Weekend in Big Fork

We went to Big Fork last weekend of the special occasion of Eric baptizing and confirming his niece, Emily. We felt right at home as the temp got up to 90 on Saturday- in northern MT, in MAY!  We walked to nearby Flathead River to play with the kids, but it comes straight out of Glacier Nat'l Park so it was a little too cold. That night we pitched our tent in Julie's yard and (one of us) got a good nights rest. Murphy was barking all night so light-sleeping Eric was up all night wondering what was out there.
And Sara made strawberry jam with her friend. I had to call her "Sister Roberts" for a few days. Is is VERY good.

I've been tagged!!

How to play the blogisphere's game of tag:  Post the rules on your blog.  List 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 goals, 3 current obsessions/collections, 3 random surprising facts about yourself.  Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their names.  Let them know they've been tagged by posting a comment on their blog.
3 Joys: My husband Eric, my family, and being outdoors when the weather is amazing!! (right now!)
3 Fears:  trapped underwater, scary ghost movies, yellow jackets (wasps)  they are everywhere!  (and, what? I can only name 3?!)
3 Goals:  take a ceramics class,  support my husband successfully through school, become an amazing mother someday.
3 Obsessions/collections:  obsession 1-The Office (beyond healthy) obsession 2-kissing my spouse (tmi!!) , obsession 3-blogging! (big surprise!)
3 Random surprising facts about myself: (i'm good at random, not surprising!)  1:my dream job is to work as a front desk clerk in a hotel. (maybe it's all the good memories from the good ol days at the Ramada.)  2:  I'm way too good at memorizing numbers. (phone numbers, PIN, (eric would say PIN numbers is redundant. it means personal identification number. passwords, etc)  Sometimes it is a nuisance and i'm sure my brain could use that space for something else.  3:  I saw Mike Tyson in person in the Las Vegas airport on our way to New York and he is even less attractive in person than he is on TV.  how's that for random?!

I tag:  the whole hunt family! bobbi jean, mandi, emma, and shannon!  Lets hear it!

Multi-tasking Man!

That's right! I said multi-tasking and man in the same sentence.  I am in no way a man basher!  However I have heard many times that women are the best at multi-tasking and that men don't know how.  (I don't have a source for that last quote. please forgive me)  I am here to show all that statement is false.  At least from my stand point.  So my amazing husband is done with his first year of Pharmacy school already!  I can't flat believe it.  I keep thinking there is another semester to it or something.  That was easy!  (for me)  My job is easy though.  Go to work.  Bring home the bacon and support my husband.  piece of cake.  Eric on the other hand needs to know words like; glucuronidation and reverse-transcriptase inhibitor.  Don't ask me!  Poor guy!  If the next 2 go by like that I may keep Eric in school!  Are you kidding!?  No Way!  The last year will be be mostly an internship, so we don't count that as part of the book work countdown.  My husband is amazing!  He really does do it all!  I'm not just saying that because he's the spouse and I want to sound like the sweetest wife.  I actually have a few pics to prove that he can and does, in fact, multi-task.

You gotta love that! STUDying, Vacuuming, and watching basketball.  He is the best!  Oh yeah, he is home before me, so he also is very good at making dinner.  He also builds things, like the plant box and he even has time to help me take care of our tomatoes.  I'm the luckiest!  Here's to another 3 years of pharm school!  P2 is supposed to be the hardest.  I'll keep you posted!
